We manage noise, not just access.
Our founders have run enterprise technology organizations and built startups themselves.
We bring enterprise operations, founder ecosystems, and technology procurement into one advisory relationship.
Why we exist
Enterprises are inundated with innovation, while even exceptional founders struggle to navigate enterprise timing, structure, and risk tolerance.
Our value is not simply access. It is knowing who should meet, when the conversation belongs on the agenda, and how to move from interest to outcome.
Why CCG
Our founders have run enterprise technology organizations and built startups themselves.
We filter for timing, fit, and relevance—the discipline that makes relationships useful.
We are structured as long-term advisors, not transaction brokers.
We operate across procurement, security review, and startup go-to-market.
Leadership
Nelson Soares is a globally recognized technology evangelist and one of the most trusted voices in the startup and founder ecosystem. A successful founder in his own right and a tireless community advocate, Nelson also leads NS Advisory. His standing as a go-to resource for emerging technology companies makes him uniquely positioned to identify — and champion — the innovators enterprises need to know about, well beyond any single category.
Scott Dillon spent his career running one of the largest technology organizations in the world, overseeing more than $9 billion in annual technology spend and nearly 40,000 professionals globally. Since then, he's been an active investor and founder across numerous successful startups, while maintaining advisory relationships with some of the most respected cyber and AI companies in the industry. Scott brings a rare dual-sided perspective — bridging enterprise-scale operational rigor with founder-stage agility.
James Edwards is a senior leader within Deloitte's Supply Chain and Strategy practice, and previously served as global head of technology procurement for AON, Washington Mutual, and Wells Fargo. He advises technology and enterprise clients on procurement and vendor strategy — and is a co-founder of numerous startups himself, giving him first-hand fluency in both sides of the enterprise-innovator relationship.
